Lodgement date:Date the ACC Accredited Employer opened the claim. Notifies the ACC that this is a new claim. After you send the ACCPP Claims Data file to the ACC, any alterations that you make to this claim record will be an update to the original file. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Closed date:Date that the claim was finalised. Outstanding Costs on the Accident Claims - Costs tab must equal 0 (or be blank) before you can close a claim. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Reason for closure:Enabled when the Closed date field is populated. The reason that the claim is being closed. Values specified by the ACC are:
ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Outcome:Disabled when Record format = ‘I - Initial Claim Data’. Indicates the status of the claim. Values specified by the ACC are:
ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Re-open date:Date that the claim was re- opened. Notifies the ACC that the claim was re- opened and is not a new claim. When you select a date, PayGlobal changes the Record format field to ‘R – Reopened’. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Case manager:Records the name of the case manager responsible for this employee’s accident claim record. The case manager can be an employee of the company, TPA, or ACC personal case manager. If an Accredited Employer is handling a claim on behalf of the ACC, then the Claim Administrator specified in Modify Company Settings is considered to be the primary ACC contact. The Claim Administrator specified in Modify Company Settings is copied to the Case manager field if Record format does not equal ‘I – Initial Claim Data’. If you manually update the Case manager field, then PayGlobal uses the updated information instead of the information in Company Settings. If an employer is not ACC Accredited, then the employer will not manage the employee's ACC claim and a case manager does not need to be specified. The Notes tab can be used to record this information on an employee's claim record. Record format:Indicates the current status of the claim according to ACC specifications. Values specified by the ACC are:
ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only. Transferred:Disabled when Reason for closure = ‘T – Claim Transferred’. Indicates that the claim was transferred to or from another Accredited Employer. Values specified by the ACC are:
