Summary

Use this tab page to enter the score that an employee has received for each Competency Dimension in an Employee Appraisal.

Using this information

The scores that are entered here are averaged and displayed as an Overall score in the Details tab of an employee appraisal. They are then compared to the ranges that are specified in the Performance Ranges entity and the employee's performance is then displayed.

Important: Ensure that your scoring system reflects the scoring system that you have created in the Performance Ranges entity.

Complete these fields for each Competency Dimension:

Score:

The score to indicate the performance of this employee.

Exclude from average:
  • Yes

    To exclude this score from the average.

  • No

    To use this score in calculating the total average score.

Comments:

Enter any comments that may be appropriate for this appraisal.
