Using this information |
The scores that are entered here are averaged and displayed as an Overall score in the Details tab of an employee appraisal. They are then compared to the ranges that are specified in the Performance Ranges entity and the employee's performance is then displayed. Important: Ensure that your scoring system reflects the scoring system that you have created in the Performance Ranges entity. |
