Summary |
An Employee Appraisal needs to measure the behaviour and skills that an employee demonstrates in the workplace. The Competency Dimensions that appear in this tab page, come from the Appraisal Type selected in the Details tab page of an Employee Appraisal. This tab page displays the Competency Dimension and the scores that you have assigned them. |

The competency dimensions displayed on this tab page are non-editable. If you want to measure other, or additional competency dimensions, you need to select a different appraisal type. This may mean creating a new appraisal type to use for this employee appraisal. |
Assigning Scores |
To assign scores, in Edit mode, press Enter to reach the Employee Appraisal Competency Dimensions form. The average of these scores contributes to the overall performance rating of the employee shown in the Details tab. You need to enter a score for each competency dimension. |
