Use the Categories tab page to record the assessment criteria for a Job Evaluation Method. This information is provided by your chosen consultancy. To record Categories for a Job Evaluation Method, click an additional Add or Edit to reach the Select Job Evaluation Categories form and tag the applicable criteria. |
Troubleshooting |
The Formula tab page cannot be completed if all categories used in the formula calculation are not entered here first. |
Category in final sum |
Some categories on this tab page have a tick beside them in the Category in final sum column while others do not. Although this tab page records the categories that are used with a Job Evaluation Method, the actual formula is recorded in the Formula tab page. When saving a formula for the first time, PayGlobal asks you if you want to include the category in the final sum. If Yes is selected, PayGlobal places a tick in the Category in final sum column. |
Remove a Category from final sum |
