Summary |
The Job Evaluation Methods entity records the various job evaluation methods used in an organisation. There are many ways that organisations use to evaluate their remuneration policy, for example, Hay, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Cullen Egan Dell. Each method uses a different set of criteria for measuring the relative value of a Position. For example, the Price Waterhouse Coopers methodology uses ten criteria categories whereas the Hay Group uses only three. Each Job Evaluation Method operates slightly differently in the way the points for a particular job are calculated, using different formulae to determine not only which categories are used, but how the category values are combined to calculate the job size. |
