Key Result Areas or KRAs are the major result areas expected from a Position. For example, 'Profitably Manage Territory' or 'Customer Satisfaction'.

Associate the Key Result Areas for a Position from the Select Key Result Areas form. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.
