Summary

PayGlobal uses Recruitment Centres to record information about a vacancy and the resulting recruitment process.

Sometimes vacancies occur within a company and new employees must be recruited. All information about a vacancy is held in the Recruitment Centres entity.   

Handling Applications

Recruitment Centres only hold information about a vacancy and the process that is followed to fill this vacancy. People who apply for a vacancy are added in the Applicants tab page. However, details about applicants, such as name, contact details and history are recorded in the Applicants entity.

Selecting the best candidate

Use the right-click menu to Calculate Applicant scores assigned during a Questionnaire or to accept an applicant (Applicants tab) and transfer details to their employee record.
