Summary

Generally several applicants will apply for a vacancy. This tab page displays applicant details and the status of their application. Use the Customise Columns feature in the right-click menu to display further information.

Entering data

To add a Recruitment Centre Applicants record, switch to Edit mode and press Insert.

The Recruitment Centre Applicants - Details tab appears.

Selecting the best candidate

Calculate the scores that applicants have received in interview questionnaires from the right-click menu by selecting the Calculate Applicant Scores option. Your cursor must be in the dark grey area beside Code and Description for this option to appear on the right-click menu.The average and weighted average score an applicant has received can be viewed in the Details tab page of the Recruitment Centre Applicant Questionnaires form.
