Summary

If you are familiar with Microsoft Outlook, you will be familiar with the Inbox.

The default setting for a report is Send to my inbox. This sends the report to the Inbox of the user that generated the report.

Sending reports to your Inbox enables you to:

  • View the report to confirm it is correct before you e-mail it, or save to file.
  • Print the report.

Reports are held in the Inbox until they are manually deleted.

Opening reports from the Inbox

Double-click a report to open the report in the PayGlobal Report Viewer.

Deleting files from the Inbox

To delete one file:

  1. Click on the file to highlight it.
  2. Press Delete on your keyboard.

To delete multiple files:

  1. Click on the first file for deletion.
  2. Hold the Shift key down while you press the down arrow on your keyboard. As you arrow down the files are highlighted.
  3. Press Delete on your keyboard.

Extra functionality

The Customise Columns right-click menu option enables you to display additional columns in the grid.

The Generate GRID Report right-click menu option enables you to create a report based on information displayed in the grid.
