Local Folders

Summary

Local Folders manages messages that have been sent or received in PayGlobal. Local folders acts like a print queue that stores all your spooled reports. All information stored in these folders is saved in the message files that are included as part of a backup.

It is essential to delete old files from Local Folders on a regular basis.

Functions

Use Local Folders to:

• Send reports from PayGlobal to your local drive.
• E-mail to a specific e-mail address.

Security

The Supervisor field in your User Profile controls the messages you can view. If this check box is ticked you will see all messages. If it is not ticked, you will only see messages that have been addressed to or sent from you.
