Summary

The Outbox holds files or reports sent from PayGlobal until the Send and Receive run command is used.

Files are automatically moved from the Outbox to Sent Items after they have been successfully sent.

Setting options to be sent to the Outbox

The Report Destination options set how reports are sent to the Outbox:

  • Destination options

    To e-mail a report to yourself, another user, Self-Service or an FTP site

  • E-mail options

    To specify e-mail settings

  • File options

    To save to file

  • Transfer options

    To transfer the file

Report Queues

The first report generated is the first report to be sent from the Outbox. If there is a problem with a report, for example, an unresolved e-mail address, any reports created after it will not be sent.

Troubleshooting
  1. Check that you can replicate the oldest report, and then delete it from the Outbox.
  2. Ensure the e-mail address you have entered is correct. You may have entered a punctuation mark that makes the address invalid.

Viewing additional information about reports in the Outbox

For example, you may want to view the Destination Address:

  1. Right-click on the window and select 'Customise Columns' from the menu.
  2. Tag the additional columns you want to view.
  3. Click OK.

The additional information is now displayed in the Grid.
