The Favourites A custom tree structure is useful for people who have extensive access to the PayGlobal database but find it cumbersome to wade through multiple folder layers to reach items used on a daily basis. When you activate this icon, the standard PayGlobal tree structure is replaced with your custom tree structure. |
Procedure |
You can add entire folder structures or just individual entities or makeup tables to your custom PayGlobal tree structure. Simply right-click an item in the standard PayGlobal tree structure and click the Favourite option. When you activate the Favourites icon the newly selected items will appear as part of your customised PayGlobal tree. If an item is already included in your Favourites and you right click it again you will see a tick beside the Favourite option. Clicking this again allows you to undo your selections. |
