You can locate the Perm folder in your company data folder, using Windows Explorer.

The Perm folder contains files used for user and layout settings.

User files

Each user has a .ini file named after their Login ID. For example, a username of SUPER would have a .ini file called SUPER.ini. SUPER.ini stores default settings, but not security settings for the SUPER user.

Layouts

PayGlobal saves layouts from Transaction View or Daily View in a .ini file. For example, DailyViewLayoutDefault.ini. These files use a standard naming convention.
