Summary

PrintQueue was created to print and manage reports that have been generated to file. It looks and feels similar to Microsoft Outlook.

PrintQueue can organise reports so that the relevant reports are e-mailed to authorised personnel only, and viewed by those personnel at a time that is convenient to them.

The company intranet will send the appropriate reports to the nominated person only.

Suited to

PrintQueue is particularly relevant to large organisations with a variety of reporting points and personnel.

For example, in the case of a large hospital, there may be 100 different destination points for reports. Some reports will be required at all destination points, while others will require reports only relevant to that destination point. Some reports will be needed as soon as they are compiled, while others will not be used until other processes have been completed.

Using PrintQueue, reports can be produced centrally and then sent to authorised personnel in each destination point. The reports can then be opened and used when they are required.

PrintQueue extends the capabilities of PayGlobal Local Folders so that reports can be generated:

• Offsite
• By another user
• In another application
• From DOS files
