This tab page records the Cost Centre that a Job Code applies to.

Expiry date

You can also set an Expiry date for the Job Code. When processing, the expiry date is compared to the end of the transaction. Payroll processing fails if the expiry date is exceeded. A message will appear in the audit log alerting you of the expiry date for a Job. In T&A/Rostering results are handled by the following (period) rules:

• sDisplayField := 'Create cost centre results';
• sDisplayField := 'Create job code results';

These rules check the validity of the Cost Centre and Job Codes. They also check whether they have expired when compared to the transaction date.
