This is where your PayGlobal Consultant has set up the rules that will be used for AAR Calculation. These fields should not be changed.

Fields
Compare to start:
  • Yes

    For age and service calculations, PayGlobal compares the employee's birth date or start date with the period start date.

  • No

    For age calculations PayGlobal compares the employee's birth date with the period end date.

    For service calculations PayGlobal compares the employee's start date with the period end date.

Age from (years):

PayGlobal will start applying this advanced rate when an employee reaches this age.

Age to (years):

PayGlobal will stop applying this advanced rate when an employee reaches this age.

Service from (years):

When an employee has this many years of service, PayGlobal will start applying this advanced rate.

Service to (years):

When an employee has this many years of service, PayGlobal will stop applying this advanced rate.

Apprentice:
  • Yes

    This advanced rate applies to apprentice employees only.

    Note: An employee is an apprentice if their Employees | Details | Contract tab | Apprentice field = Yes.

Hours from:

When an apprentice has this many hours of service, PayGlobal will start applying this advanced rate.

Hours to:

When an apprentice has this many hours of service, PayGlobal will stop applying this advanced rate.
