This is where your PayGlobal Consultant has set up the rules that will be used for Advanced Award Rate calculations. These fields should not be changed.

AAR Calculation

The AAR (Advanced Award Rate) calculation flags those employees who are eligible for a rate increase according to the details set by their award.

You need to run the AAR Calculation command to see which employees in PayGlobal are due for a rate increase.

Fields

Rate:

The standard rate that is used for this award (mandatory field).

Rate or amount:

Employee pay rate that overrides the standard rate (optional).

Salary:

Salary at this advanced rate – display field only.

Rank:

Process order of this advanced rate in relation to other advanced rates in this award (optional).

Note: PayGlobal uses the convention of numeric ranking before alpha. Therefore '1A' comes before 'A1'.  Unranked come before ranked.

Effective start:

Date that PayGlobal starts applying this advanced rate (optional).

Effective end date:

Date that PayGlobal stops applying this advanced rate (optional).

Next Award Lookup:

If you specify an Effective end date, then PayGlobal will automatically transfer employees from the advanced rates on this award to another award (optional).
