AAR Calculation |
The AAR (Advanced Award Rate) calculation flags those employees who are eligible for a rate increase according to the details set by their award. You need to run the AAR Calculation command to see which employees in PayGlobal are due for a rate increase. |
Preventing increases |
If you do not want an employee's rate to increase, you need to edit the rate in the employee file. |
