Period PTDs

Organisation | General Periods | Period PTDs

Summary

Period PTDs define the number of days in each pay period. For example, if you want to pay employees every week, then your database must contain a Period PTD record for each week.

Procedure

Create records that define the date ranges. For example, if the first date range for a weekly pay is 27/03/2012 to 02/04/2012, then the next weekly pay would be 03/04/2012 to 09/04/2012.
