Pay sequences:Clicking the pick list button displays the Current/Processed T&A pay sequences. The report can be run for one or many pay sequences simply by tagging the required sequences. Employee:Select an employee in the pick list or leave this field blank to select all employees. Other Settings:Print zero pay: Tagging this field will include those employees who will receive zero dollars in the specified pay sequences. Date breakdown: Tagging this field will display the actual or rostered timeband details. Show autobreaks: Tagging this field will display any relevant system generated breaks in an employees actual or roster timebands Width: Use this field to specify the width required on the report for these options. View:The View controls the type of pay sequences that can be reported as well as identifying the type of timeband that will be displayed in the report.

Only roster timebands and clock results are displayed Columns:Determines the information displayed on the right-hand side of the report. In/outs:This field determines how many in/out clock swipes will be displayed on the report per employee. The minimum is one and the maximum is nine. |
Edit Report Settings - Locations tab |
This tab will display all locations contained within the PayGlobal database. The report can be run for all locations or selected locations. |
Edit Report Settings - Departments |
This tab will display all departments contained within the PayGlobal database. The report can be run for all departments or selected departments. |
Edit Report Settings - Sorting tab |
The default sort order is Employee name. If more than one employee has the same name the employees of the name will be ordered by employee code. The default sort order can also be set to Employee code. This will order the employee in ascending employee code order. Alternatively this report can be sorted by either Department or Location. The order is by code not description. Within each department or location code the employees will be sorted as per the default sort order. |
