Summary

The Clocking Report displays either Actuals or Rosters over a 7-day period.

For each employee and day, the report will print:

• 'Absent' if there is nothing detected for the day or 'sort by' query.
• The Reason Code if a report override reason code is present.
• Start/finish times for up to two shifts.

These times are taken from the currently opened Roster/Actual Period, and detail each employee's hours of work for the previous week.
