Summary

An Availability Group is associated with an employee in the Availability tab page of their employee record. Several employees may share the same Availability Group.

Overrides for individual employees are specified in their employee record. However you can also supply override settings for an entire Availability Group here.

Fields

Effective start date:

The date the Availability Group Cycle takes effect.

Availability Cycle:

The Availability Cycle that is attached to an Availability Group.

Start day:

Each day in an Availability Cycle has a Day number attached to it. An Availability Group does not need to start on the first day in a Cycle. The number here refers to the Day number within the Cycle that the Availability Group will take effect from. For example, '4' could represent the fourth day in a seven day cycle.
