Summary

An Availability Group is associated with an employee in the Availability tab page of their employee record. Several employees may share the same Availability Group.

Each Availability Group is made up of a Cycle of Days that employees are available to work. This prevents you from assigning shifts to employees that are unable to work those hours.

Procedure

To associate the Availability Cycle that an Availability Group uses, click Add or Edit to reach the Availability Group Cycles form.

From here you can specify the start day within a Cycle that an Availability Group takes effect.
