Summary

The Availability tab attaches the times that an employee has indicated that they are available to work to their employee record.

This tab page is used in conjunction with the Allocation View within Labour Scheduling. It is a means of recording an Availability Group or Availability Overrides for an employee.

The Overrides section displays the times that an employee is available if these times are outside the Availability Group that is specified.

Overrides are entered in the Employee Availability Overrides - Details tab page. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this tab page.

Availability Groups

Availability Groups are a recurring pattern of available times/days for an employee or group of employees. Availability Groups are optional, and used only in Rostering or Time and Attendance installations.
