Summary

You can link PayGlobal to a Job Costing or Work in Progress package to analyse employee costs for a specific job.

Before you export Actuals to Job Costing, ensure that you:

• Have entered the correct values on the Company Settings | T&A | Export to Job Costing tab.
• Have set up every allowance that you want to use in the export with Allowances | T&A/RS (ii) | Job costing export = "Yes".

Fields

Query:

Use a query to select a specific group of employees or leave this field as "Default" to select all employees.

Employee:

Select an employee in the pick list or leave this field blank to select all employees.

Pay Sequences:

In the pick list, tick the checkboxes for the required pay sequences.

The number displayed in the Pay Sequences field refers to the total number of pays selected, not the pay sequence number.
