Summary

These fields define a data file and path to export PayGlobal Actuals data to your organisation's Work in Progress (WIP) or job costing software.

Note: Use these fields only if you export T&A data directly to a job costing system.

Job 
Costing Software

You can use a third party job costing software package to analyse and track labour-related costs for your company. Currently PayGlobal supports Baan and Reyrolle Pacific job costing software.

Contact your PayGlobal Consultant if your organisation needs to export Actuals to another package.

Note: You would be charged for any additional development costs.

Fields

Job costing type:

Select the job costing software package that you want to export data to:

• BN. Baan
• RP. Reyrolle Pacific.

  Note: If your organisation needs to export Actuals to another job costing package, then this customisation will incur additional development costs.

Job data path:

Data path for the export file. If this field is left blank, then PayGlobal will write the export file to your PayGlobal database Import folder. PayGlobal creates the required parent and child folders for any folder structure specified in the data path field, provided that you have Write access to the specified location. If your network security access does not allow PayGlobal to write to this location, then it writes the export file to your PayGlobal database Import folder.

Job data file:

Flename for the exported data.

Job company number:

Complete this field if your job costing system requires a company number in the file name.
