Summary

Timebands are employee work times for specific periods

These fields define a path and file details for Timeband import. PayGlobal can import timebands from third party software packages or from a file that meets the format criteria.

The import file contains employee time worked data that is used by PayGlobal in the Time & Attendance module. When this data is processed, PayGlobal generates allowances that are then exported to Payroll.

Fields

Timeband data path:

Location of the Timeband data files.

Import Type:

Format type of the file being imported:

Import file:

Name of the file that you want to import.

Respect zero break amount:

This field determines how PayGlobal treats zero break values when you enter an employee’s break amount as 0 (zero), and then export to Daily View Actuals:

Yes - Employee’s break amount is 0 (zero) in Daily View.
No - PayGlobal uses the employee’s default break group value in Daily View.
Note: Employees with blank breaks use their default break group value.

this task

If you want PayGlobal to automatically run this command, then you need to set up a Scheduler record. The Scheduler record must contain the Import Actual Timebands action clause
