Company Settings - Location (Aus)

Summary

This tab page stores your company address details. This information refers to the physical locality of your company. It differs from PayGlobal regional settings which define country-specific settings for PayGlobal.

Fields
Address:

The first field should contain the street address. The second field should contain the Post Office box details. The third field should contain a suburb, town or locality. These details are used in reports.

Post code:

The post code for the location of the company.

State:

Select a state from the pick list of options.

Country:

Select the appropriate country from the pick list of options.

Valid Addresses

Postal address details must meet the current Australia Post Address Presentation Standards document.

You must ensure that postal addresses are formatted correctly because PayGlobal does not restrict the data that you enter. However, invalid address data will generate warnings in payment summary reports.

PayGlobal uses the following guidelines for address details:

  • Valid field characters are: A-Z 0-9 ( ) space & / ' " - # :
  • First field character must not be a space
  • Field must not contain two spaces between characters.

Valid Australian addresses have the following features:

  • Address lines 1 and 3 cannot be empty.
  • State cannot be “OTH - Other”.
  • Country must be “Aus - Australia” or [Blank].
  • Post code can be only numeric values in the range 0001 – 9998.

Valid overseas addresses have the following features:

  • Address lines 1 and 3 cannot be empty.
  • State must be “OTH - Other”.
  • Country cannot be “Aus - Australia” or [Blank].
  • Post code can be any value.
