The contact details for your company are stored on this tab page.

Keep this information current and complete, as these details are used when PayGlobal generates tax reports that are filed with the relevant tax authorities.

Note: If you use internal companies, then enter these values in an Internal Companies record, not on this tab page.

Fields

E-mail:

In addition to storing the company email address, this field is used in conjunction with the 'Employee secure data notification' flag.

If this field is left blank, and 'Employee secure data notification' is set to 'Yes', then the From address on the automatically generated email will display as no-reply@no-reply.com.

If this field is populated with a valid email address (e.g. test@treetops.com), then the From address on the automatically generated email will display as no-reply@xxxx where 'xxxx' is the domain after the '@'. In this example the From address would display as no-reply@treetops.com.
