Summary |
Use an allowance type L. Annual Leave allowance to pay employee annual leave. This allowance type ensures that when you pay an employee an annual leave allowance, the employees annual leave balance is debited on the employee's Annual Leave tab page. Annual leave tables must be set up correctly in the annual leave Entity. If an annual leave table is incorrect, then employees who are attached to the table will have incorrect leave balances and leave calculations. |

If you delete the annual leave transaction for 52 hours, and reprocess the pay, then an error appears in the audit log: "Leave paid in advance without outstanding leave being paid."
