When you enter irregular allowances or deductions, you should use transaction text to record an explanation for auditing purposes.

You can also use transaction text on employee payslips to explain irregular payments or deductions. For example, "Adjustment for last weeks overpayment".

In Transaction View, transaction text is displayed in Drill Down - Sequences View. Use Customise Columns to view the Text column.
