This tab page determines rostering rights in PayGlobal. For example, whether a user can change or confirm other people’s rosters or their own rosters. It also specifies the filenames for exports to Payroll or Job Costing.

Fields

Change:

This Yes/No field determines whether the user can change roster start and finish times.

Change confirm:

This Yes/No field determines whether the user can change confirmed timebands.

Confirm own:

This Yes/No field determines whether the user can confirm their own timebands.

Change own:

This Yes/No field determines whether the user can change their own confirmed timebands.

Export to Payroll filename:

You usually define the Export to Payroll data path and filename in Company Settings. However, you can override this filename by specifying an Export to Payroll filename in the user profile. PayGlobal uses the export data path from Company Settings with the filename from the user profile. You could use this option to identify rostering data from multiple remote sites.

Ask for filename when exporting:

Tick this checkbox to prompt the user for a filename when they export to Payroll.

Export to Job Costing filename:

You usually define the Export to Job Costing data path and filename in Company Settings. However, you can override this filename by specifying an Export to Job Costing filename in the user profile. PayGlobal uses the export data path from Company Settings with the filename from the user profile. You could use this option to identify job data from multiple remote sites.

Ask for filename when exporting:

Tick this checkbox to prompt the user for a filename when they export to job costing.
