These fields define export settings when you export Job Costing data from Rostering.

Fields

Job costing type:

Select the job costing software package that you want to export data to:

• BN. Baan
• RP. Reyrolle Pacific.

  Note: If your organisation needs to export Rosters to another job costing package, then this customisation will incur additional development costs.

Job data path:

Path for the export file. If no export path is specified, then the export will default to the database Export folder path.

PayGlobal creates the required parent and child folders for any folder structure specified in the Job data path field, provided you have Write access to the specified location. If your network security access does not allow PayGlobal to write to this location, then it writes the export file to your PayGlobal database Export folder.

Job data file:

Filename for the exported data.

Job company number:

PayGlobal will post transactions to this clearing account number.
