User Profiles - Transaction View

Summary

This tab page allows you to grant specific access rights to Transaction View information. Often several people use Transaction View and they require different levels of access.

Access levels

You can use the following access levels in the TransactionView tab fields:

  • Edit

    Users can add or edit this information in Transaction View. You should grant this level of access only to users who have to enter information, such as line managers.

  • View

    Users can only view this information in Transaction View, they cannot add or edit it.

  • None

    Users cannot view or access this information in Transaction View.

Fields
Sequence access level:

This field controls access to Sequences View in Transaction View.

Permanent access level:

This field controls access to Permanents View in Transaction View. If Permanent access level = "None", then the Permanents View button is not displayed in Transaction View.

Leave request access level:

This field controls access to Leave Request View in Transaction View. If Leave request access level = "None", then the Leave Request View button is not displayed in Transaction View.

Default Transaction View Workflow:

This field determines the workflow that appears in Transaction View when the user clicks View | Run Workflow. If the user profile does not contain a default workflow, then an error message appears.
