Summary

This tab page allows you to grant specific access rights to Daily View information. Often several people use Daily View and they require different levels of access.

Access Levels

You can use the following access levels in the DailyView tab fields:

• Edit

  Users can add or edit this information in Daily View. You should grant this level of access only to users who have to enter information, such as line managers.

• View

  Users can only view this information in Daily View, they cannot add or edit it.

• None

  Users cannot view or access this information in Daily View.

• Process

  Users can process transactions in Daily View. This option is available only for the Transaction access level field.

Default DailyView Workflow

This field determines the workflow that appears in Daily View when the user clicks View | Run Workflow. If the user profile does not contain a default workflow, then an error message appears.
