Delete a Timeband

Daily View

Summary

If an employee has a timeband on a day that they did not work, and they are not entitled to those hours, then you can delete the timeband to remove their shifts for that day.

Delete an employee's timebands for a day
  1. In Employee View Summary, click a cell for the employee in the required day column.
  2. Press Delete to remove all timebands on this day for the employee.
  3. Press Ctrl+S or click the Save button.

Delete one employee timeband
  1. In Employee View Summary, click a cell for the employee in the required day column.

    The Drill Down area displays the employee's timeband details for that day.

    Note: If Drill Down does not display timeband details, then press Ctrl+T to change the view.

  2. In Drill Down, click a cell in the timeband that you want to delete.
  3. Press Delete.

    A Confirm message appears.

  4. Click Yes to delete the timeband.
  5. Press Ctrl+S or click the Save button.
