Details sub-tab fields
Override cell text if results:

Yes/No field that determines whether the selected column displays the following:

  • Clocking Results, such as LS for Late Start.
  • Result specified on the Quick Results sub-tab.

Note: Quick Results overwrite cells with a @@ symbol.

Customise colours if results:

When you select 'Yes', you can use the colour palette to highlight clocking results or a result specified on the Quick Results sub-tab.

  • Left-click a palette colour to set the foreground (FG).
  • Right-click a palette colour to set the background (BG).

Move the brightness trackbar to the left (brighter) or right (dimmer) as required.

Filter only critical results:

Yes/No field that determines whether the selected column displays only critical award rule results.

Legend Filter:

You can enter a comma-separated list of result legends that the selected column will display as results.

Quick Results sub-tab fields

The Quick Results tab allows you to set up clauses that define a result. You can use standard NLX functionality, such as AND, OR, and nested brackets. For example, you could use the following clause to highlight Gross cells with a value of $1000.00 or greater:

Total.{current view}.Gross is greater than or equal to 1000

Important: You must define colours for results on the Details sub-tab.

The selected column will also contain other results (clock, processing, and validation) so you can use clauses to select which of these results are displayed.

Audit Timeband Changes

You can use the following Quick Results data sources to audit changes made to employee timebands:

  • Actual first lastuser.
  • (current view) first lastuser.
  • Day.Roster.

Note: You can use these data sources for open Actual or Roster pay periods only.

Save your layout

When you finish customising your layout, you must use File | Save Layout As to save your settings. Your most recently saved layout becomes the default layout, and you will see it whenever you access this window. If you do not Save Layout As, then your changes will be lost when you exit or apply another layout.
