Summary

When you process Clock Result Data, PayGlobal uses anchoring and rounding rules to check the clock swipes in and out. PayGlobal uses flags to identify these extra timebands and any other clock swipe errors as exceptions so that you can confirm them in Daily View. You can set up Customise Column Extensions to use colour to further highlight these exceptions.

Note: You can also set up this process to create timebands when the employee has clock-swiped a time that is inconsistent with their roster.

Display Clock Results

You can display clock results in the following areas.

• Employee View Summary

  Set up a Summary column with Customise Column Extensions | Results tab | Details sub-tab | Override cell text if results = Yes to display clock results.

• Drill Down

  Use Customise columns to add the Rlt column to Drill Down.
