LF - Late Finish

Daily View

Summary

Clock Result Data produces an LF (late finish) clock result when an employee's clock end time is after their Roster end time, and outside the anchoring range. For example, an employee is rostered to finish work at 17:00, but they clock out at 18:00. PayGlobal creates an extra timeband for the period between the employee's Roster end time and their Actual end time, and flags the timeband as a late finish (LF).

Note: If an employee has multiple shifts in one day, the flag applies to the whole day; not to individual shifts.

Remove result flag

If the employee should be paid for the extra time, then remove the LF result flag:

  1. In Employee View Details, double-click the LF timeband to open it.
  2. Click OK.

Remove timeband

If the employee should not be paid for the extra time, then remove the extra timeband:

  1. In Employee View Details, click a cell in the flagged day.
  2. In Drill Down, click the extra LF timeband.
  3. Press Delete.
