LS - Late Start

Daily View

Summary

Clock Result Data produces an LS (late start) clock result when an employee's clock start time is after their Roster start time, and outside the anchoring range. For example, an employee is rostered to start work at 08:00, but they clock in at 09:00. PayGlobal creates an extra timeband for the period between the employee's Roster start time and their Actual start time, and flags the timeband as a late start (LS).

Note: If an employee has multiple shifts in one day, the flag applies to the whole day; not to individual shifts.

Remove result flag

If the employee should be paid for the unworked time, then remove the LS result flag:

  1. In Employee View Details, double-click the LS timeband to open it.
  2. Click OK.

Remove timeband

If the employee should not be paid for the unworked time, then remove the extra timeband:

  1. In Employee View Details, click a cell in the flagged day.
  2. In Drill Down, click the extra LS timeband.
  3. Press Delete.
