Daily View - Toolbars

Daily View

Daily View contains the Style toolbar and several other toolbar options. This topic explains only the three most commonly used toolbars.

This toolbar allows you to customise the layout of your Daily View window and the type of information that it displays.

The Navigation toolbar contains the following default buttons:

Button	Details
Ctrl+Left	Previous Week - Moves Daily View back one week.
Alt+Left	Previous Day - Moves Daily View back one day.
Alt+Right	Next Day - Moves Daily View forward one day.
Ctrl+Right	Next Week - Moves Daily View forward one week.
Alt+D	Jump to Date - Move Daily View to the specified date.

The Grid toolbar contains the following default buttons:

Button	Details
	Full Expand - If you have grouped your data, this button opens all groups.
	Full Contract - If you have grouped your data, this button closes all groups.
	Filters - You can filter the data displayed by specific fields.
Ctrl+G	Generate Grid Report - Creates a grid report from your current layout.

You can customise toolbars by adding or removing toolbars and toolbar buttons, as required.
