Problem

When I open Diary View the Calendar is empty.

Solution

You have not activated a layout or Quick Results.

1. Select a layout and then click Go!.
2. Click the Get Calendar Quick Results button.

Problem

I have entries in PayGlobal, but I cannot see them in Diary View.

Solution

Run the Process Diary Data command to update the database to the latest version.
