    The Document View window appears.

    • Attach To Entity = Employee
    • Select Record = (An employee record).

    • Set the Payslips folder security permissions for the Self-Service Security Profiles.
    • Set the My Payslips folder ID.
    • Check that the payslips are published to Self-Service correctly.

Upgrading PayGlobal - Report Splitting Settings

When you upgrade PayGlobal, you could lose the report settings that you use to split reports or send reports to Document View. Before the upgrade, you should take screenshots of the settings for these reports. After you upgrade your database, check your reports and use the screenshots to re-establish any lost settings.

If you do not re-establish your report splitting settings, then you could publish a full payslip report to Document View and Self-Service users would see details of other employees’ pays.
