If you want to run the ACCPP Claims Data file report, then this entity must contain the ethnicity codes specified by the ACC or your ACCPP file will be rejected.

Add a record for each of the following Ethnicity Codes.

Important: These codes were current at the time of publishing, but clients are responsible for maintaining them.
