Summary

This page is only editable when the Issuable Item is flagged as a Discount Card in the Issuable Item - Details tab page. To learn how to issue a discount card, see How to Issue a Discount Card to Employees.

Once saved, it is not editable. If a cardholder needs a replacement card, you need to deactivate the previous card and reissue a new card. To learn how to deactivate a card, see How to Deactivate a Discount Card.

Cardholder Relationship

The Cardholder Relationship describes how a cardholder fits the eligibility criteria for a discount card. For example, the cardholder could be the employee's spouse. There is usually a policy held by an organisation that states the eligibility criteria for cardholders.
