Summary

The Results tab stores messages/warnings that have been generated from processing of the employee's Actuals. Results are created from Award Rules.

Creating Results from Award Rules

Each Award Rule contains an Action Clause tab page. To create a Result in the employee record (here), an Award Rule must contain the following clauses:

• Create Result
• Create Critical Result

You can also configure Daily View to show these results as a warning to a T&A user.

Fields

Result Date:

The date the result relates to. This is determined by the processing and the particular Timeband for that day.

Result Description:

A description of the Result that you have specified in the Award Rule.

Result Legend:

The legend of the Result specified in the Award Rule.

Award Rule Code:

The code of the Award Rule that created the payment and/or warning.

Critical:

The Award Rule can be configured to create a Result or a Critical Result.

User Name:

Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The user that processed the Actuals.

Change Date:

Auto-generated by PayGlobal. The date that the Timeband/Result was changed.
