Employees | T&A/Rostering | Actuals | Details tab
Summary |
This tab page records the Time and Attendance settings for a specific employee. |
Fields |
Anchor Group:This field sets the Anchor Group for an employee. Anchor Groups set the employee's start and end times, as well as break periods. They also set rounding rules. If you press Ctrl+Enter on the Anchor Group selected in this field, you can see the details for the group that an employee has been placed in. An employee cannot use more than one Anchor Group in one day. Export to Payroll:This field specifies whether the transactions calculated in T&A are submitted to Payroll. This field can be used to prevent terminated employees being paid twice. To do this, export manually from T&A for the terminated employee, and then change this field to No. This field is also useful for consultant or agency staff. PayGlobal can calculate what a payment should be (using agency rates) but not actually export the payment to Payroll. Select Yes to export the Actual payments for the employee from T&A Actuals to Payroll Standard Transactions. Uses Clocks:Select Yes if the employee uses a Clock to record their In/Out times. If this field is set to No, then, regardless of whether you have defined a clock card number, the employee will never have clock times imported into PayGlobal. The Generate Non Clocked Data command acts differently according to the way this field is set:
PIN:Can be used in conjunction with Dataline. It is optional for the employee to dial into DataLine, enter a clock code plus a PIN to be able to clock in/out or transfer. Clock processed data:This field is automatically generated by PayGlobal according to the last date that the Process Clock Data command was used. Clock Card 1,2,3:Sometimes an employee will have more than one Clock Card. For example, a temporary card issued when an employee has left a card at home, or when the employee is working at an alternative site. This field contains the Clock Card number that has been issued to an employee. If the employee loses a card, do not delete the card number until you have polled all clocks and imported data for those clocks. The length of the clock card number must match the length specified in the clocks.ini file. An employee cannot have a card number that exists in another employee's record. |
