Leave Processing Error

Leave processing error

When you process a leave request, PayGlobal looks for an allowance in the leave reason for the request. If the leave request is not mapped to a Payroll allowance, then PayGlobal cannot process it and the following Warning appears:

"Leave request processing completed with some messages.
Details on which Employees and transactions/leave requests were affected can be located within the messages panel (activate via the View | Messages menu if not currently visible)."

Click OK, and then view your messages.

Your messages panel will contain the following information:

Leave error

You need to open the leave reason record, and then attach an allowance.
