Diary View Areas

The Diary View window has two main areas:

Calendar.
Drill Down.

Calendar

Displays a yearly calendar of events, such as:

Dates for employee anniversaries.
Meetings.
Deadlines for taxation requirements.
Reporting due dates.

Drill Down

When you select a day in the calendar, event details for that day are displayed in the Drill Down columns. For example, Diary Rule, Text, and Entity Type details.

Drill Down Toolbar

Button	Details
	Minimise - Hides the Drill Down area.
	Centre - Makes the Drill Down and Calendar areas equal sizes.
	Maximise - Hides the Calendar area so you can see more of the Drill Down area.
	Close - Closes the Drill Down area. To reopen Drill Down, click View \| Drill Down in the main menu.
