Summary

Use this window to record the agreed evaluation method for an employee's Performance Plan.

Fields
Key Result Area:

The Key Result Area selected here is the stated objective that is being addressed in a Performance Plan. There may be several Key Result Areas within a Performance Plan.

Key Performance Indicator:

The Key Performance Indicator is what is being measured in a Performance Plan. For example, Sales Budgets.

Measure:

This is the method by which the employee’s performance will be evaluated against the KPI. For example, a Greater than 10% Increase on Previous Quarter.

Recording Results

The Data and Reason for Variance tab pages record the actual results for a Performance Plan and why the results may be different from what was expected.
